Director, Provider Implementations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide a team of Implementation specialists.

• Enhance existing workflows and address data discrepancies.

• Collaborate with leadership from Network Growth, Product, and Provider Performance.

• Foster a high-energy hybrid team culture while achieving performance goals.

• Propel the strategic scaling of implementation processes.

• Serve as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.

• Identify and apply enhancements in the scaling machine.

• Establish and monitor departmental KPIs to report outcomes to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading implementation teams.

• Background in healthcare or health-tech sectors.

• Strong comprehension of clinical operational workflows.

• Ability to think systemically.

• Familiarity with Value-Based Care models (e.g., ACOs, MSSP, Medicare Advantage) is advantageous.

• Knowledge of tools such as Salesforce, Django, Tableau/Looker is beneficial.
