This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Supervise the Project Management team along with the planning, execution, and monitoring of the Med-Metrix Suite of Products and Services.
• Organize, coordinate, execute, and complete projects in accordance with specifications, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Establish project goals, develop schedules, and ensure quality assurance.
• Acquire resources and manage the MMX team members, clients, third-party contractors, and consultants.
• Identify, evaluate, mitigate, and promptly escalate project risks.
• Collaborate with senior management to outline project scope.
• Create comprehensive project plans and timelines, assess required resources, and assign resources to specific activities.
• Set project goals and criteria for completion.
• Oversee both internal and external project personnel.
• Ensure that project team members receive appropriate organizational and project-related orientation.
• Implement projects as per established project plans.
• Develop necessary forms and records to secure project documentation.
• Track project progress and modify plans as needed.
• Establish communication schedules with stakeholders and provide updates on progress.
• Regularly review the quality of work produced by the project team.
• Prepare project reports for management review.
• Maintain communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project spending and keep up-to-date financial records, including ClickTime.
• Ensure that deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Assess project outcomes.
• Ensure that remote client access is deactivated for employees who have been terminated or transferred, when applicable.
• Adhere to Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures.
• Safeguard and disclose PHI only in accordance with HIPAA standards and limit PHI access to the minimum necessary.
• Report any security or HIPAA violations and concerns to the HIPAA Officers.
• Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Experience with classroom-based software training is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Capability to lead cross-functional internal and external meetings.
• Ability to identify operational improvements and explore new opportunities.
• Skill in collaborating effectively to set objectives, resolve issues, and make decisions.
• Ability to influence others to accomplish organizational goals.

• Must safeguard and properly manage patients’ protected health information (PHI) in line with HIPAA standards.
• Flexibility in work schedule.
• Occasional overtime as required.
