This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct healthcare capital initiatives and project portfolios, ensuring the successful achievement of project goals, budget adherence, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
• Act as a strategic consultant for healthcare executives and essential client stakeholders.
• Cultivate and sustain robust client relationships while pinpointing opportunities for account expansion and enhanced services.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, including Senior Program Managers and Program Managers.
• Supervise project planning, design, procurement, construction, activation, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Oversee program budgets, financial performance, risk mitigation strategies, and contract negotiations.
• Assist in business development initiatives through client engagements, proposals, presentations, and industry networking.
• Track key performance indicators and prepare executive-level reports for both clients and internal leadership.
• Mentor team members and promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and ongoing improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in healthcare project management, specifically with large-scale healthcare capital projects.
• Proficient in leading complex healthcare programs, managing client accounts, and guiding multidisciplinary teams.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare facility planning, design, construction, activation, and regulatory standards.
• Demonstrated experience in managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk management approaches.
• Strong capabilities in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management platforms such as e-Builder, Smartsheet, or SharePoint is preferred.
• Required experience in healthcare construction and capital development projects.
