Director, Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the effective execution of solutions for our clientele.

• Leading a distributed team of consultants and project managers across various time zones.

• Ensuring exceptional client results from pre-sales through project completion and expansion.

• Serving as an executive sponsor for key strategic accounts.

• Collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success teams.

• Promoting the team's operational rigor concerning revenue recognition, forecasting, and utilization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years in professional services, consulting, or implementation leadership, including at least 3 years in a director or senior management position.

• At least 3 years in a director or senior management role or equivalent.

• Over 3 years of experience in a software development setting.

• Capability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven track record of leading global, distributed teams across various time zones and regions.

• Outstanding communication skills and executive presence, with the capacity to influence and develop relationships at all levels within the organization.
