Director, Professional Research Evaluation Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provides leadership for the creation and execution of research, evaluation, and advisory services.

• Accountable for expanding and maintaining a portfolio of client engagements.

• Shapes service offerings and oversees project design and implementation.

• Tracks contract performance, resource utilization, and assesses delivery risks.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s degree is required in a relevant discipline.

• A Doctoral degree is preferred.

• Over eight (8+) years of experience in professional research, evaluation, and consulting.

• Proven experience in project scoping, proposal development, and client negotiations.

• Established ability to manage portfolios with multiple projects.

• Experience in supervisory or team leadership roles within applied or project-based settings.

• Experience in the higher education sector is preferred.
