Director, Professional Research – Evaluation Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provides leadership for the development and delivery of National University’s externally facing research, evaluation, and advisory services.

• Responsible for expanding and maintaining a portfolio of client engagements.

• Collaborates with partners to identify needs and formulate suitable research, evaluation, or advisory solutions.

• Develops scopes of work, proposals, and engagement strategies.

• Ensures the timely and high-quality delivery of work products.

• Coordinates internal contributors and external partners to meet project objectives.

• Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with external clients and community partners.

• Contributes to the growth and sustainability of the professional services portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field; Doctoral degree preferred.

• Over eight (8+) years of experience in professional research, evaluation, and consulting.

• Proven experience in scoping, proposal development, and negotiating with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple project portfolios effectively.

• Experience in supervisory or team leadership roles within applied or project-based settings.

• Experience in the higher education sector is preferred.
