This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and implement executive-level product solutions and strategies for both internal and partner stakeholders.
• Integrate data, research, and feedback from stakeholders into organized problem-solving frameworks, compelling narratives, and actionable recommendations that effectively convey the vision, rationale, trade-offs, and anticipated outcomes.
• Produce presentations, reports, and decision-support documents that showcase analytical proficiency, strategic insight, and the capability to influence senior-level audiences.
• Perform specific analyses related to partners or program families to evaluate performance, market suitability, and competitive positioning for new opportunities, while identifying optimization and growth avenues across both existing and new programs, utilizing market research findings, internal data, and/or expertise.
• Employ a systematic method for tracking market and product trends, competitor offerings, and emerging innovations within higher education and workforce development, including new markets, audiences, and growth avenues.
• Utilize insights to propose programs, strategies, and modifications.
• Work with internal teams to articulate and define go-to-market strategies and sales enablement resources that facilitate activation for new and optimized product portfolios.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure a seamless transition from recommendations to launch and activation.
• Establish, monitor, and report on KPIs and performance metrics for new launches, pilots, and portfolio initiatives, capturing insights and lessons learned to guide ongoing optimization and future execution efforts.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in higher education within product marketing, strategy consulting, product strategy, or workforce development.
• Essential experience with innovation in the higher education sector.
• Desirable experience working with product design, Training & Development, workforce education, and adult learning markets.
• Proven ability to navigate uncertainty and apply systems thinking, design thinking, and agile methodologies to address new product challenges.
• Strong consultative skills, along with effective communication and influence capabilities across various stakeholder groups.
• Comprehensive understanding of diverse higher education and training and development market trends, as well as talent, workforce, and edtech trends.
• Ability to work independently (self-motivated) while also being a collaborative team player.
• Excellent analytical storytelling, executive communication, and persuasion skills, with a talent for synthesizing complex data, research, stakeholder feedback, and AI-enabled insights into clear, structured, and engaging narratives for senior leaders and partners.
• Proficient in applying a hypothesis-driven, issue-based problem-solving approach to clarify ambiguous business challenges, identify key insights, evaluate trade-offs, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Capable of producing executive-ready presentations and decision-support materials that blend analytical rigor, strategic clarity, commercial judgment, and persuasive storytelling to drive alignment, decision-making, and action.
• Proven ability to synthesize both quantitative and qualitative data into actionable recommendations.
• Experience in go-to-market strategy, product positioning, and cross-functional activation.
• Highly organized project management skills.
• Ability to connect academic programming with learning design and the talent development needs of the workforce and regional employer partners.
• Demonstrated success in consulting-style engagements.
• Travel Required: Yes - (up to 10%)
