Director, Product – Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the roadmap for Zeta's mobile and conversational messaging functionalities.

• Lead the integration of SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Mobile Push, and Athena.

• Ensure alignment of messaging platform features with Athena-driven AI workflows.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to expedite platform development.

• Partner with Activations and Customer teams to enhance client adoption.

• Work alongside Product Marketing and Sales to convert capabilities into market-ready solutions.

• Validate enterprise messaging use cases with key clients.

• Recognize opportunities for specialized messaging solutions.

• Assist with product demonstrations, pilot programs, and strategic client implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in Product Management, Platform Strategy, or Product-Led Go-To-Market (GTM).

• Proven history of building or scaling messaging, engagement, or martech platforms (CPaaS).

• Relevant Backgrounds Include:

• Mobile engagement or conversational messaging platforms.

• Martech / Adtech infrastructure or Customer Engagement Platforms (CEP).

• Messaging infrastructure providers or enterprise SaaS with a product-led GTM approach.

• Essential Skills:

• Platform product development and monetization strategies.

• Understanding of messaging protocols and ecosystems: SMS, RCS, WhatsApp, Push.

• Knowledge of conversational UX and AI-driven engagement strategies.

• Proficiency in product-led GTM, enterprise solution positioning, and client adoption methodologies.

• Strong leadership capabilities across Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.

• Technical proficiency in APIs, platform integrations, and marketing automation ecosystems.
