This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
β’ Oversee all messaging-aligned content related to solution positioning for SmartLife services, serving as the subject matter expert for the extended GTM marketing team.
β’ Direct and coordinate the Product Marketing team to operate within a matrix organization, supporting multiple GTM teams in delivering market-specific strategic offerings.
β’ Take ownership of solution positioning and content development to propel SmartLife growth in MSP/MDU markets and with large service providers that utilize multi-vendor networks across North America and global growth markets.
β’ Manage new product introduction (NPI) and release marketing, establishing strategic communication and enablement initiatives surrounding the launch of new products and features or updates to existing offerings.
β’ Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in Sales, Success, Commercial Strategy, and Product teams.
β’ Engage with customers through one-on-one meetings, speaking engagements, and executive briefings.
β’ Partner with Calix executives to develop compelling narratives and presentations that reinforce strategic objectives.
β’ Work alongside the Product and Commercial Strategy teams to integrate customer, market, and competitive insights into structured contributions to the Calix product lifecycle.
β’ Team up with Field Marketing and GTM teams to align solution strategies with marketing campaigns, sales enablement, events, communication channels, and customer feedback activities.
β’ Collaborate with content strategists to produce engaging marketing materials, including webpages, solution briefs, white papers, blogs, and customer presentations.
β’ 7-10 years of relevant experience in solution or product marketing.
β’ MBA is preferred.
β’ Experience in working for or marketing solutions to broadband service providers.
β’ Ability to comprehend and articulate technical capabilities as clear benefits.
β’ Extensive knowledge of marketing and launch processes for both hardware and software.
β’ Excellent written communication and public speaking/presentation abilities.
β’ Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
β’ Willingness to support occasional travel of up to 20% of the time.
