This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Drive revenue through successful product launches, avoiding shelfware.
• Transition roadmap discussions from reactive feature development to a strategy informed by market insights.
• Enhance sales enablement, shifting from asset creation to accelerating revenue.
• Position Product Marketing as a reliable strategic ally to Product and Sales leadership.
• Manage positioning, segmentation, and go-to-market strategies across Fuel, EV, Telematics, and OTR sectors.
• Ensure that launches result in quantifiable business outcomes, such as pipeline creation, improved win rates, increased adoption, and impact on retention.
• Implement post-launch performance evaluations and establish revenue accountability frameworks.
• Identify whitespace and growth prospects across various segments.
• Act as the market voice in planning roadmaps and investment discussions.
• Introduce structured validation processes based on customer insights, usage metrics, and competitive analysis.
• Influence pricing, packaging, and portfolio decisions to align with revenue strategies.
• Collaborate with Sales leadership to create stage-specific enablement that enhances deal velocity and closing rates.
• Transition the organization from reactive one-pager production to disciplined, outcome-focused sales initiatives.
• Equip sellers with compelling narratives that resonate across different segments.
• Establish frameworks for launch tiering, prioritization, and resource allocation to concentrate on the most impactful initiatives.
• Define clear engagement models involving Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience (CX).
• Develop scalable processes that enhance speed-to-market while ensuring strategic integrity.
• Build and nurture a high-performing Product Marketing Management (PMM) team that functions as strategic advisors.
• Mentor PMMs to enhance their business acumen, executive presence, and cross-functional influence.
• Promote a culture of accountability, data-driven thinking, and ownership.
• Over 10 years of B2B Product Marketing experience in SaaS, fintech, mobility, or intricate workflow platforms.
• Proven experience in owning or significantly influencing revenue performance in a multi-segment B2B context.
• Successful history of establishing or advancing a Product Marketing function within a dynamic or growth-focused organization.
• Demonstrated ability to convert product launches into revenue-generating outcomes.
• Experience in influencing executive-level stakeholders and altering cross-functional behaviors.
• Profound understanding of complex sales processes and stage-based enablement strategies.
• Strong business acumen and proficiency in portfolio trade-offs, investment decisions, and revenue planning.
• Ability to shift focus from strategic shaping to disciplined execution.
• Experience in operationalizing modern tools (including AI) to enhance PMM efficiency and insight generation.
• Experience in mobility, fleet, or transportation is an advantage but not mandatory.
