• Develop Firefly's marketing strategy tailored for creative professionals.

• Assemble and lead a team of Product Marketing Managers (PMMs).

• Take ownership of positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Firefly.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and go-to-market teams.

• Create and manage post-launch optimization strategies based on usage data.

• Shape the product roadmap through customer insights and market analysis.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.

• Over 12 years of experience in product marketing.

• More than 8 years of experience in people management.

• Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and the creative sector.

• Extensive knowledge of the Generative AI landscape.

• Comprehensive PMM expertise: positioning, messaging, launching, and post-launch optimization.

• Proven track record of crafting compelling product positioning that enhances engagement and adoption.

• Experience in launching AI or technologically intricate products.

• Strong instincts regarding product and ability to interact with roadmaps.

• Capacity to switch between high-level strategy and practical execution.

• Data-driven and insight-focused with a genuine curiosity about customers.
