• Take ownership of the comprehensive messaging framework for iiQ.
• Spearhead the development of iiQ’s narrative as we transition towards the agentic operations platform positioning.
• Refine the positioning for our Enterprise IT tier, Facilities, and additional product lines.
• Ensure that every customer-facing asset conveys a clear, consistent, and engaging voice.
• Establish and implement a repeatable methodology for product launches.
• Direct the go-to-market strategy for new product launches, significant releases, and AI-enhanced capabilities.
• Create and lead a competitive intelligence function that provides Sales, Product, and leadership with a comprehensive view of the market.
• Collaborate with RevOps and Product to develop pricing and packaging strategies.
• Build and oversee iiQ’s analyst relations program.
• Lead and mentor a team of three product marketers.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS, with a minimum of 3 years in leadership roles developing product marketing teams.
• A strategic thinker capable of crafting a company narrative and translating it into actionable work that drives business results.
• Ability to build trust across product, sales, customer success, the executive team, and the marketing team.
• Experience in establishing product launch processes from inception.
• Proven leadership skills while still being hands-on when necessary.
• Ability to provide solutions rather than just identify problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with AI as both a product category and a resource for contemporary marketing teams.
