This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and steer the product roadmap, delivery, and strategy for the Secret Server/Vault product line.
• Lead the advancement of secrets management, credential rotation, session recording and control, and privileged account discovery.
• Integrate vault capabilities into Delinea’s cloud-native SaaS Platform.
• Convert customer challenges into product or service solutions through strategic planning.
• Ensure that vault architecture decisions consider high availability and disaster recovery at an enterprise level.
• Evaluate the competitive landscape and determine investment priorities.
• Establish pricing and product positioning for SaaS delivery.
• Guide and mentor a product management team in agile development practices.
• Promote the product line among internal teams, analysts, partners, and customers.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and user experience teams to create user-friendly solutions.
• Develop strategic partnerships with customers to uncover future market opportunities.
• Assist in product marketing initiatives, sales enablement, and the creation of technical marketing materials.
• Engage with engineering, documentation, sales, sales engineering, marketing, technical support, professional services, and other stakeholders.
• Report to the Senior Director of Product.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management with a proven history of launching new products and delivering B2B software or services.
• A technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and familiarity with attack techniques and the security ecosystem.
• Capability to convey messaging to both technical and business audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of SaaS product delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to research and formulate product strategy.
• Experience working with engineering teams to turn roadmap visions into tangible products.
• Background in information security or related products.
• Familiarity with secrets management, credential vaulting, or similar security infrastructure.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, PCI-DSS, FedRAMP, and HIPAA.
• Understanding of IT systems and operations, including networking, domains, remote access, and privileged accounts, is highly advantageous.
• A Master’s degree is considered a plus.
• Openness to travel up to 25%.
