Director, Product Management – EMS Patient Charting Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide strategic vision and leadership for ZOLL's Patient Charting software product line.

• Act as a subject matter expert in product strategy, driving and executing the roadmap for your product portfolio.

• Cultivate relationships with customers to guide the product roadmap and articulate the product vision.

• Establish product direction to ensure the company achieves its revenue and profitability objectives for your products.

• Collaborate with various functional organizations, including engineering, marketing, finance, and others.

• Introduce customer-focused software products while overseeing the entire product lifecycle from strategy to execution.

• Identify market opportunities through customer research and insights.

• Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions.

• Lead, develop, and launch market-leading product offerings in collaboration with sales, marketing, and engineering teams.

• Manage the portfolio's P&L, market segmentation, pricing strategy, competitive landscape, and positioning for the product offerings.

• Create and implement a comprehensive go-to-market strategy across the company.

• Directly supervise the activities of a team of product managers and product owners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in R&D within a software technology organization.

• More than 3 years of experience leading high-performing teams.

• Preferred experience in delivering solutions within the Digital Health and Healthcare IT sectors.

• Experience in establishing pricing strategies is preferred.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related Engineering discipline is preferred.
