Director, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Assisting and propelling the sales initiative through the creation and presentation of customer materials, including presentations, collateral, proofs-of-concept, and other resources.

• Demonstrating product concepts and solutions while advising customers on best practices as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

• Overseeing pricing strategies, proposals, contracts, packaging, bundling, and enhancements to products.

• Projecting and budgeting product-level and customer-level revenues, and providing reports to senior management on outcomes and trends.

• Influencing the long-term product vision and roadmap through Voice-of-Customer feedback to ensure the product aligns with market demands and achieves double-digit year-over-year revenue growth.

• Managing multiple deadlines while handling various projects and responsibilities simultaneously.

• Collaborating effectively within a team as well as working independently.

• Exhibiting self-motivation and a strong initiative.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college degree, product management certifications, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 7 years of demonstrated success in a carrier role, specializing in insurance product development, lifecycle management, and go-to-market strategies.

• Extensive expertise in carrier underwriting and policy servicing.
