This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with UX, IT, Operations, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing to drive growth and value through a customer-centric digital ecosystem.
• Formulate digital product visions and strategies that are rooted in customer needs, business objectives, data, and insights.
• Convert product vision into outcome-oriented roadmaps and effectively communicate product priorities.
• Align both internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, on the product vision and roadmap.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership on go-to-market strategies that support business growth objectives.
• Conduct data analysis to uncover business opportunities and provide actionable insights.
• Execute A/B testing on website content, layout, messaging, and user interface to enhance web performance.
• Manage stakeholder expectations while ensuring that product decisions are based on business and customer benefits.
• Establish product goals, metrics, and analytics to assess growth-oriented outcomes.
• Analyze consumer needs, market trends, partnerships, and competitor offerings to pinpoint differentiation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Finance and other teams to create business cases that support product investments.
• Deliver product value through a collaborative, cross-functional agile team environment.
• Create deployment plans and internal communications to facilitate adoption across various functions and brands.
• Provide comprehensive subject matter expertise and act as the primary internal contact for the product area.
• Document requirements as product epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Utilize AI thoughtfully to enhance speed while maintaining human judgment and oversight.
• Over 8 years of experience in consumer-facing software product management, software product marketing, development, and/or UX design.
• More than 4 years of experience in consumer-facing software products.
• Extensive experience in B2C digital products.
• Proven track record of delivering significant, sustained product growth over time.
• Experience with subscription model consumer businesses is advantageous.
• Strong preference for experience in developing AI-integrated products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, UX design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to lead and influence across various functions.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Sound understanding of core UX and funnel marketing principles.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis capabilities.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
• Ability to comprehend and empathize with consumer needs while balancing business goals.
