Director, Product Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish product strategy and manage the entire product lifecycle.

• Guide the product team in recognizing and addressing member needs through unique product offerings.

• Facilitate collaboration among Business, Technology, Finance, Risk, and Marketing teams.

• Advocate for design thinking methodologies and promote a culture of innovation.

• Convert consumer insights into attractive value propositions and quantifiable business results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; an MBA or Master’s degree is highly preferred.

• Certification as a SAFe Agile Product Manager (APM) is required.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management is essential.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, ideally within an agile framework.

• Established history of delivering customer-focused digital products at scale.

• Relevant experience in financial services, fintech, or other regulated sectors is necessary.
