This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Cultivate strong relationships and collaborations across the organization and industry to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and execution.
• Develop and implement the product roadmap and execution strategies informed by insights, data, and business requirements.
• Forge robust partnerships within the organization, industry, and with our customers to synchronize on strategy and execution.
• Ensure that all products adhere to state and lender regulations.
• Create best practices to guide teams and foster ongoing process enhancements.
• Lead efforts to analyze business challenges using both internal and external data.
• Identify or recruit subject matter experts to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
• Counsel business leaders with data-driven insights to tackle critical business challenges and opportunities.
• Supply leadership with pertinent data to assist in strategic decision-making.
• Oversee, mentor, and develop team members, ensuring they grasp their roles in fulfilling the company's vision and objectives.
• Propel enhancements in product performance, service standards, quality, and market deployment.
• Facilitate improvements in product metrics, service standards, quality outcomes, and evaluations during product market deployment.
• Over 10 years of experience in Product, Sales, Operations, and/or Data Analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• A thorough understanding of internal and industry standards, along with regulatory and compliance rules and regulations.
• Ability to gain an in-depth understanding of various departments and functions, including Product, Sales, Customer Support, Operations, and Finance.
• Experience in analyzing processes and identifying opportunities for enhancement.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and comfortable engaging with all levels of the organization and key external stakeholders.
• Proficient in negotiating, influencing, and effectively communicating while managing change.
