Director, Product – Data & Insights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the Data & Intelligence strategy for the Insights & Customer Experience product area.

• Create and manage a Data & Intelligence Center of Excellence that encompasses analytics, data science, and AI capabilities.

• Act as a strategic collaborator with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Clinical Operations, and Business leaders.

• Position data as a strategic product asset that enhances customer value, operational efficiency, and business results.

• Oversee the investigation and resolution of data quality concerns, KPI inconsistencies, and reporting issues by collaborating with business, product, and technology teams to identify and resolve underlying causes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic/vocational qualification (Advanced degree is preferred).

• Prior experience in data, analytics, data science, or leadership roles in data products that equips you with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (equivalent to 10+ years’ experience).

• At least 5 years of experience leading technical teams, including data analysts, data scientists, or related professionals.

• Extensive expertise in data modeling, data architecture, and comprehensive data flows.

• Proficient SQL skills with the capability to independently validate, troubleshoot, and analyze complex datasets.

• Familiarity with modern cloud data platforms, such as Snowflake or similar technologies.

• Experience in establishing frameworks for data quality, governance, lineage, and KPIs.

• Background in supporting digital products and working closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams.

• Proven experience in enabling advanced analytics, machine learning, or AI-driven solutions.
