This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and oversee the communications framework within the Product team.
• Ensure the Chief Product Officer’s leadership team focuses on high-impact challenges.
• Redesign internal meetings to enhance transparency and alignment.
• Organize quarterly ceremonies and regular touchpoints.
• Compose internal communications that maintain a consistent narrative.
• Convert complex updates into straightforward summaries for leaders.
• Drive high-priority initiatives that span across various functions.
• Examine employee engagement data and formulate recommendations for enhancements.
• Exemplify and promote organizational behaviors and norms.
• Act as a neutral mediator for concerns and conflicts among teams.
• 8–10+ years of experience in a rapidly growing environment, along with 5 years of progressive managerial experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing organizational operating rhythms.
• Outstanding presentation and narrative development skills.
• Experience working in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Background in people management.
• Experience in K–12 or educational settings is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
