This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Define and implement unique go-to-market strategies for Strategic (AM Law 200), Large, Midsize, and Small law firms, as well as Corporate Legal segments.
• Customize positioning, pricing narratives, competitive strategies, and launch plans to align with segment-specific buying behaviors, decision-makers, and adoption trends.
• Own value propositions, messaging frameworks, positioning statements, and thought leadership for NetDocuments’ product lineup.
• Create messaging for the legal context graph, ndMAX AI, Smart Answers, document automation, security, and collaboration solutions.
• Conduct analysis of the legal technology market, segment dynamics, product-market fit, buyer personas, and emerging trends.
• Develop the voice of the customer through research, customer advisory boards, and field feedback.
• Lead competitive intelligence efforts, including competitor monitoring, win-loss analyses, competitive positioning, and sharing insights with product teams and executives.
• Produce sales enablement materials, which include briefing documents, battle cards, training presentations, pitch decks, case studies, and sales plays.
• Propel product launches and go-to-market strategies in partnership with product management, sales, content, demand generation, and other teams.
• Oversee internal readiness, external launch plans, and cross-functional execution across various segments.
• Support segment-specific marketing content and campaigns, including website copy, brochures, videos, presentations, webinars, events, eBooks, and infographics.
• Collaborate on marketing plan execution from branding to demand generation.
• Engage with industry analysts, associations, and influencers to position NetDocuments as a leader in its category.
• Guide, mentor, and develop a team of product marketers.
• Foster a data-driven, high-performance culture focused on measurable outcomes and professional development.
• Report directly to the VP of Product Marketing.
• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, segment marketing, industry marketing, or solutions marketing within enterprise or B2B SaaS software.
• 3+ years of experience managing or leading marketing teams.
• Proven history of developing and executing go-to-market strategies across various customer segments or verticals.
• Demonstrated capability to establish annual and quarterly plans, prioritize team projects, and drive execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Passionate about understanding distinct customer segments and customizing strategies accordingly.
• Strong messaging voice with the ability to emphasize differentiation across buyer profiles and market segments.
• Expertise in coordinating across marketing, sales, customer excellence, and product management.
• Ability to comprehend commercial, technological, and strategic drivers to develop multi-year marketing strategies.
• Strategic and critical thinker with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative market feedback.
• Proficient in organizational and project management skills.
• Attention to detail along with strong presentation capabilities.
• Adaptable to varying stakeholder styles and needs.
• Experience working with attorneys, law firms, corporate legal departments, and/or public sector organizations is preferred.
• Previous experience marketing AI-powered, data-driven, or cloud platform products is preferred.
• Understanding of the legal technology landscape is preferred.
• Experience engaging with government and public sector markets is preferred.
• MBA or JD is preferred.
