This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Take charge of comprehensive procurement execution across multiple sites, ensuring that financial, operational, and timeline objectives are met.
• Convert enterprise initiatives into consistent, field-executable processes that can scale effectively across 50 to 100 facilities.
• Spearhead procurement and supply chain performance enhancement initiatives at the market level, focusing on utilization optimization, purchased services, and efficient capital allocation.
• Collaborate with MCFOs and MCSOs to synchronize procurement strategies with EBITDA goals and priorities for service line growth.
• Ensure compliance with Tenet / USPI procurement standards at the facility level, including GPO adherence, alignment with preferred vendors, and capital approval guidelines.
• Promote the use of standardized supply and capital templates across service lines to achieve consistency, speed, and pricing integrity throughout facilities.
• Leverage established enterprise scorecard metrics (such as GPO compliance, inventory on hand, EDI utilization, accrual performance, and usage module adoption) to drive actions, enforce accountability, and prioritize interventions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews on materials management at both market and facility levels with leadership, translating data into actionable insights and measurable outcomes.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% - **Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be conducted on the finalist.**
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive operations leadership experience, ideally within healthcare or multi-site settings.
• Proven experience in leading through influence across large, indirect teams and navigating complex reporting structures.
• Experience collaborating with senior operational and financial executives (e.g., CFOs, strategy, operations).
• Strong analytical and financial skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Demonstrated ability to enforce standards, instill accountability, and lead change within complex organizations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MMIS platforms.
