This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of procurement and supply chain strategies for construction initiatives.
• Propel strategic growth by enhancing market presence, fostering client relationships, and enhancing digital procurement initiatives.
• Supervise intricate, high-value construction programs spanning various sectors.
• Formulate and manage a market strategy aimed at increasing service visibility and brand recognition.
• Establish and nurture relationships with executive-level clients.
• Direct the preparation of bids, development of proposals, and conduct commercial negotiations.
• Enhance digital capabilities by integrating technology and data into procurement and supply chain solutions.
• Oversee team performance, objectives, resources, and financial budgets.
• Assist in strategic sourcing, contract management, supplier assessment, and supply chain intelligence services.
• Guide and mentor specialist consultants.
• Foster talent development, knowledge sharing, and ongoing improvement initiatives.
• At least ten years of experience in leadership roles within procurement and supply chain management.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, supply chain management, engineering, construction, or a related discipline.
• Established expertise in strategic procurement within both public and private sectors.
• Experience with major capital programs.
• Strong background in consulting.
• Proven experience managing relationships with senior and executive clients.
• Track record of successfully leading high-value projects.
• Experience in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes.
• In-depth knowledge of contract development, supplier evaluation, commercial modeling, and negotiation tactics.
• Experience across various sectors, with a preference for knowledge in real estate, infrastructure, or related industries.
• Capability to influence client behavior and decisions in high-risk, high-value situations.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Proficient in supplier intelligence, relationship management, and commercial strategy.
• Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and support career growth.
