This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Take charge of comprehensive procurement execution across multiple sites, ensuring achievement of established financial, operational, and timeline objectives.
• Convert enterprise initiatives into consistent, field-executable processes that can scale effectively across 50 to 100 facilities.
• Spearhead market-level procurement and supply chain performance enhancement initiatives, focusing on utilization optimization, purchased services, and efficient capital allocation.
• Collaborate with MCFOs and MCSOs to synchronize procurement strategies with EBITDA goals and service line growth objectives.
• Guarantee facility-level compliance with Tenet / USPI procurement standards, which includes GPO compliance, contract/preferred vendor alignment, and capital approval guidelines.
• Promote the use of standardized supply and capital templates by service line to ensure consistency, speed, and pricing integrity across facilities.
• Leverage established enterprise scorecard metrics to drive initiatives, enforce accountability, and prioritize necessary actions.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of materials management at both market and facility levels with facility and market leadership, translating data into actionable steps and measurable results.
• Encourage a culture of ongoing performance and process enhancement, ensuring sustained improvements and operational discipline throughout the market.
• Facilitate the smooth onboarding and integration of new facilities into USPI procurement systems, contracts, and operational standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% - **Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) will be reviewed for finalists.**
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Over 5 years of progressive operations leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or multi-site settings.
• Experience in leading through influence across large, indirect teams and intricate reporting structures.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior operational and financial leaders (e.g., CFOs, strategy, operations).
• Strong analytical and financial skills with the capability to convert data into actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to uphold standards, drive accountability, and implement change within complex organizations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MMIS platforms.
