This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the global strategy, roadmap, and governance for procurement analytics, data science, and decision intelligence.
• Provide guidance to Procurement, Finance, Technology, and executive leadership by converting complex data into actionable insights and measurable results.
• Spearhead predictive and prescriptive analytics utilizing machine learning, statistical modeling, optimization, forecasting, and decision intelligence.
• Supervise models related to demand forecasting, supplier risk management, capacity planning, inventory optimization, lead-time prediction, anomaly detection, and cash flow forecasting.
• Create executive dashboards, supplier scorecards, KPI frameworks, and reporting standards.
• Enhance working capital and cash flow optimization through advanced analysis of purchasing, payment timing, inventory, accruals, supplier terms, and capital project spending.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to refine forecasting, scenario planning, capital allocation, operational efficiency, and supplier performance.
• Lead Source-to-Pay transformation projects aimed at automation, compliance, process optimization, and operational excellence.
• Boost guided buying adoption, spend visibility, purchase order compliance, invoice matching, goods receipt management, and overall procurement effectiveness.
• Establish global procurement data governance standards that encompass data quality, master data, metadata, lineage, controls, and stewardship.
• Foster analytics adoption and self-service capabilities, integrating insights into operations and strategic planning.
• Shape enterprise data and analytics strategy in collaboration with technology and data teams.
• Mentor and cultivate analytics talent while promoting best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by Management.
• A Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Supply Chain, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in data science, advanced analytics, business intelligence, analytics engineering, quantitative strategy, or a related field.
• Proven experience in leading enterprise-scale analytics initiatives.
• At least 5 years of experience collaborating with or supporting Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or other enterprise business functions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence at the leadership level.
• Experience in developing and implementing analytics strategies, roadmaps, and operating models.
• Capability to sway executive stakeholders and interpret complex analytical insights into strategic recommendations and business decisions.
• Proficiency in advanced analytics, machine learning, statistical modeling, forecasting, optimization, and modern cloud data platforms such as Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric, or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with enterprise reporting, KPI frameworks, executive dashboards, and self-service analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Solid understanding of procurement operations, strategic sourcing, supplier management, spend analytics, working capital optimization, Demand to Delivery, Source-to-Pay, Asset & Inventory, and supply chain performance management.
• Experience with enterprise systems like Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, Workday, Yardi, SAP ERP, or similar platforms.
• Expertise in data governance, master data management, data quality, metadata management, lineage, stewardship, and enterprise data management.
• Experience integrating procurement, finance, supplier, inventory, contract, project, ERP, and payment data.
• Proven success in leading cross-functional teams, large-scale transformation projects, and enterprise data initiatives.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%, with the adaptability to increase as business requirements change.
• An advanced degree (MS, MBA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Experience in data center infrastructure, construction, capital projects, procurement analytics, finance analytics, supply chain analytics, or CAPEX-intensive environments is preferred.
• Background in building, mentoring, and developing analytics, business intelligence, or data science talent is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as CDMP, CPSM, CIPS, PMP, or related credentials are preferred.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• Base salary ranging from $180,000 to $200,000, along with a bonus.
