• Define and shape the direction of software products geared towards manufacturing capabilities.

• Collaborate with Product Management to translate manufacturing workflows into functional software applications.

• Achieve product-market alignment by gaining insights into manufacturing operations.

• Interact with customers and industry stakeholders to gather valuable feedback.

• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support teams to validate proposed solutions.

• Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations.

• Profound understanding of the 'jobs to be done' for users of manufacturing software.

• Capability to effectively communicate complex industry concepts to Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders.

• Innovative mindset on incorporating AI and automation into manufacturing software solutions.

• Bachelor's degree required.
