This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Define and spearhead the global pricing strategy to optimize profitability and revenue expansion.
• Drive the shift towards value-based pricing, concentrating on customer value and overall cost of ownership.
• Serve as a reliable business partner to Sales Leadership and Account Managers, assisting with key deals, negotiations, and commercial decisions.
• Facilitate quick, agile, and commercially sound pricing decisions within a dynamic market landscape.
• Utilize market intelligence, analytics, and customer insights to guide pricing strategy and execution.
• Manage global pricing governance, frameworks, and processes, ensuring both control and efficiency.
• Oversee the development of pricing systems, digital tools, and automation (e.g., PriceFX).
• Build, lead, and nurture a global pricing team.
• Influence senior stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing.
• Extensive experience in pricing, commercial strategy, or commercial leadership within a B2B context.
• Proven capability to lead pricing strategy and transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with sales organizations and support commercial decision-making.
• Strong commercial acumen with a history of driving profitability and growth.
• Experience in navigating complex, international environments.
• Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across various functions.
• Familiarity with pricing systems, analytics, and digital tools.
