Director, Physician & Clinician Workforce Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process for clients and conduct discovery sessions to evaluate compensation models and administrative processes.

• Offer specialized advisory services regarding physician compensation management and governance.

• Create tailored service deliverables, which include reference materials and documentation for clients.

• Work collaboratively with teams across implementation, client services, and data analytics.

• Assist clients with insights on market data, reporting, and workforce management.

• Participate in initiatives for internal knowledge sharing and thought leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master's degree is preferred; a bachelor's degree is required.

• A strong preference for candidates with a background in clinical, healthcare administration, business, or a related field.

• Significant hands-on experience in physician compensation administration within healthcare settings.

• Comprehensive understanding of healthcare finance, compensation governance, and regulatory compliance.

• Exceptional communication abilities, with a talent for translating complex data into clear and actionable insights.

• Demonstrated capability to manage a variety of client relationships and tailor recommendations to different organizational environments.
