This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead the vision, strategy, and implementation of Medicaid FWA and pharmacy network management programs.

• Drive initiatives that enhance program integrity, optimize network performance, and fulfill state Medicaid requirements.

• Monitor industry trends, regulatory updates, and emerging fraud schemes.

• Manage and mentor managers, analysts, investigators, and network operations personnel.

• Cultivate a collaborative, high-performance culture with distinct goals and opportunities for professional development.

• Ensure teams operate with integrity, accountability, and operational excellence.

• Oversee activities related to FWA detection, investigation, prevention, and reporting.

• Collaborate with state agencies, law enforcement, and internal compliance teams on FWA issues.

• Advanced degree or substantial relevant experience.

• Over 10 years of experience in the pharmacy field.

• In-depth experience in Medicaid program integrity, FWA operations, and pharmacy network management.

• Proven experience interacting with clients in the healthcare sector.

• Demonstrated capability in leading cross-functional teams and managing projects.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong understanding of Medicaid regulations, pharmacy operations, and provider network dynamics.
