📋 Description

• Manage the creation and coordination of site strategies across various locations

• Propel business expansion and client acquisition initiatives

• Establish the talent development framework across multiple sites

• Authorize resource plans and budgets for the market

• Ensure uniformity in technical execution across different sites

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (and/or Master's) in Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field

• 10-12 years of experience in advanced therapies, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or biotechnology

• 10-12 years of experience in leading high-performing teams

• 8 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or sales

• Willingness to travel as necessary to seize business development opportunities and fulfill needs

• Proven experience as a trusted strategic advisor to organizational decision-makers
