This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and evaluate underperforming markets through the analysis of enrollment patterns, competitive landscape, and marketing effectiveness.
• Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to enhance enrollment performance in key markets.
• Oversee the evergreen messaging strategy to establish a sustainable market presence and strengthen brand recall.
• Collaborate with Direct Marketing and Creative teams to ensure alignment of channel execution with the overall market strategy.
• Manage daily optimization, pacing, and performance across designated marketing channels and platforms.
• Conduct regular business reviews with vendors to highlight trends, assess ROI, and determine next steps.
• Handle monthly accruals, actuals, spending tracking, and invoice processing in conjunction with Finance and Accounts Payable.
• Ensure that media investments are in line with projected budgets and performance objectives.
• Oversee cross-platform performance validation and standardize reporting practices.
• Share performance insights with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Advise on tactical adjustments and execution strategies based on performance data and market conditions.
• Collaborate with agencies and platform vendors to assess ROI and enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Over 7 years of progressive experience in performance marketing, media buying, or growth marketing.
• Proven experience managing substantial paid media budgets with direct financial responsibility, including accruals, reconciliations, and pacing.
• Strong analytical skills and data literacy, with the ability to transform cross-platform data into actionable strategies.
• Experience managing agency and vendor relationships at a strategic level.
• Proficient in CRM platforms and marketing analytics tools.
