This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and cultivate a high-performing global team.
• Define operating models, service level agreements (SLAs), and metrics to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Take ownership of the contingent workforce strategy and management, making critical decisions related to the business.
• Supervise global onboarding operations to ensure a consistent and high-quality experience for new hires.
• Direct People Operations workstreams for enterprise-wide initiatives (e.g., mergers and acquisitions).
• Propel strategic priorities in collaboration with Finance, Audit, Legal, Procurement, People Technology, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, HR Business Partners, and HR PMO.
• Influence decision-making and assure execution; serve as a trusted advisor on People Operations matters.
• Lead complex transformations within People Operations by aligning stakeholders with strategy and ensuring sustained adherence to new priorities and methods of operation.
• Manage global mobility and immigration programs.
• Partner with Legal to oversee regulations and guarantee compliance and program effectiveness.
• Develop the service delivery strategy and continue to modernize our support model in collaboration with technology teams.
• Streamline and standardize employee-facing processes and knowledge management.
• Enhance support through automation, self-service tools, and artificial intelligence.
• Utilize data to identify friction points, assess performance, and improve outcomes.
• Promote the adoption of AI and emerging technologies to enrich the employee experience.
• Manage the global HR Compliance program, including policies, controls, risk, and governance.
• Supervise HR risk initiatives such as SOX, HRIS data integrity, background checks, and work authorization.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Trust & Security, and Internal Audit to fortify controls.
• Ensure compliance reporting (e.g., EEO-1, OFCCP) and maintain data accuracy through audits.
• Monitor regulatory changes and proactively adapt programs.
• Over 10 years of experience in People Operations or HR Operations.
• Proven experience leading global teams in complex settings.
• Strong expertise in service delivery and platforms, compliance, contingent workforce management, mobility, and immigration.
• Demonstrated success in spearheading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities; effective communicator.
• Data-driven with a strong emphasis on operational rigor.
• Balances strategic planning with execution, demonstrating strong ownership.
• Experience in leveraging AI and automation to enhance operational processes.
• In-depth understanding of US employment law and working knowledge of international HR compliance.
