
Director, Patient Support – Enterprise Platform Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and advance the patient and practice product experience in rare diseases, along with the enterprise platform vision, strategy, roadmap, and end user satisfaction in collaboration with business and other product, design, and engineering leaders.
• Define and oversee product lifecycle processes, which include intake, prioritization, evaluation, sunsetting, and documentation.
• Collaborate with core product owners, IT, compliance, legal, and patient support teams to ensure that non-core products are integrated seamlessly and responsibly into the larger ecosystem.
• Act as a primary point of contact for cross-enterprise stakeholders concerning non-core product planning and execution.
• Maintain a comprehensive view of all non-core product investments, capabilities, and performance metrics.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, ROI, and risk mitigation strategies for ongoing non-core solutions.
• Identify opportunities to scale successful non-core pilot projects into enterprise-standard solutions.
• Ensure the readiness and repeatability of tools and services employed across various programs or indications.
• Guarantee that all products adhere to regulatory, privacy, and quality standards throughout their lifecycle.
• Serve as an escalation point for risk identification and the development of mitigation plans.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree in business, technology, or healthcare is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product governance, program management, or digital health product leadership, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors.
• In-depth understanding of patient support services and the broader commercial or access ecosystem, with a preference for experience in rare diseases.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong comprehension of the medical, legal, regulatory, and compliance landscape, with an ability to work collaboratively.
• Thorough understanding of insights and competitive intelligence requirements for launching new products and indications.
• Experience in change management and project management.
• Strong knowledge of governance frameworks, compliance processes, and the digital product lifecycle.
