This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Lead and manage a National Field Team of Patient Access Liaisons (PALs).
β’ Set performance and development objectives for PALs and track their progress throughout the year.
β’ Recognize Access & Reimbursement trends and work with cross-functional teams to address issues promptly and align resources effectively (ROAR).
β’ Ensure that all Patient Access Liaisons accurately capture relevant data in the Patient Relationship Management System.
β’ Provide consistent reporting metrics to ensure all cases progress in a timely manner.
β’ Organize and facilitate weekly team meetings with PALs and weekly sessions with counterparts leading the Patient Engagement Centers.
β’ Oversee program processes to guarantee efficiency and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
β’ Develop various documents, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, training presentations, etc.
β’ Supervise all PALs in resolving reimbursement conflicts with their assigned accounts.
β’ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders regarding any forthcoming franchise products.
β’ A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 7 years in patient access and reimbursement.
β’ 3 to 5 years of management experience or experience training and mentoring peer groups and new hires.
β’ A BA/BS in life sciences or communications is required; an MBA/MHA is preferred.
β’ Willingness to travel 60 β 80% of the time.
β’ Previous reimbursement experience with the ability to explain complex reimbursement scenarios to both patients and medical professionals.
β’ Capability to solve complex reimbursement issues and suggest effective solutions.
β’ Highly motivated individual who demonstrates initiative, is proactive, and can work effectively within a team.
β’ Must have an outstanding positive attitude, exceptional listening abilities, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
β’ Capacity to manage sensitive information appropriately.
