This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Convert portfolio deficiencies and customer requirements into a prioritized partnership strategy.
• Conduct market analyses to discover high-potential partners that align with clinical, technical, and commercial priorities.
• Facilitate cross-functional due diligence encompassing product, engineering, regulatory, legal, clinical, and commercial aspects.
• Develop business cases to support partnership decisions.
• Create standardized processes for onboarding and oversee technical, regulatory, and commercial preparedness.
• Manage the complete lifecycle of third-party partnerships, which includes governance, relationship oversight, and performance monitoring.
• Foster operational rhythms and accountability among GE HealthCare teams and partners.
• Integrate partnerships into go-to-market strategies and stimulate demand generation, pipeline development, and sales execution.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track commercial outcomes, and lead problem-solving efforts to enhance revenue and customer impact.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, healthcare, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of experience in partnerships, business development, product innovation, or services within healthcare, medtech, or digital health.
• Demonstrated success in establishing and expanding a partner portfolio for a business.
• Proven experience collaborating within highly matrixed, cross-functional organizations.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong business insight with a track record of driving financial results.
• Experience in digital, imaging, or clinical workflow solutions is preferable.
• Familiarity with digital ecosystems, AI/analytics partnerships, and platform-based business models.
• Understanding of regulatory, clinical, and technical integration factors in healthcare.
• Proven capability to manage end-to-end projects from concept to commercialization.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.
