Director, Partnerships – Aus & NZ

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Establishing connections with leading universities to assist them in diversifying and expanding their international student populations, while offering insightful analysis on international student mobility and strategies for enhancing the quality and retention of their international cohorts.

• Engaging in multi-tiered business development aimed at fostering relationships and building trust with decision-makers at prominent institutions, leading to long-term partnerships.

• Collaborating with the broader APAC team to meet their objectives while managing and expanding your personal accounts.

• Actively acquiring new clients through referrals and networking, as well as direct outreach initiatives.

• Streamlining the entire commercial process: from lead generation and scheduling meetings (both in-person and virtual) to contract negotiations and evaluations.

• Reporting directly to the Executive Vice President, APAC.

• A minimum of 10 years of demonstrated success within the Higher Education sector, with a strong drive to capture market opportunities swiftly.

• A proven and sustained ability to meet and exceed targets consistently.

• A robust network of senior contacts and influencers in universities across the Australian and New Zealand markets.

• A positive, self-disciplined high achiever with a sense of urgency and strong organizational skills.

• Experience focused on client and market share orientation, demonstrating a commitment to creating long-term client value.
