This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Cultivate and strengthen relationships with Global System Integrator partners.
• Enhance collaboration between Snowflake and GSI partners to foster growth.
• Support Global and Regional Leads responsible for partner relationships.
• Drive growth with shared customers and implement crucial go-to-market initiatives.
• Establish operational rigor to help partners develop their Snowflake competencies.
• Ensure customer success.
• Generate precise operational reports along with standardized workflows and templates for Global Partner Development Managers.
• Oversee the alliance development lifecycle, which includes pipeline management, data ingestion, and workflow oversight.
• Work in conjunction with product development, sales, sales engineering, professional services, legal, and marketing teams.
• Relay partner and customer feedback to promote ongoing improvement.
• Collaborate with technical experts on crafting solutions alongside partners.
• Organize and implement co-marketing activities, events, webinars, and content development.
• Assist partners with Snowflake’s partner program and sales processes, including deal registration, proposal support, reporting, and alignment with sales leadership.
• Track assigned partner performance against metrics and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Create and manage automated front-office workflows for use cases, opportunities, and registrations utilizing Snowflake CoWork, CoCo, Salesforce, and Slack.
• Develop MCP-based solutions for executive briefings and scorecarding.
• Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
• At least 5+ years of experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or technology business development.
• 5+ years of experience in channel sales or channel program management with revenue-target accountability.
• Proven track record of success and established relationships with Snowflake’s System Integrators.
• Capability to manage global and regional business plans while tracking and communicating partner progress.
• Strong executive presence and professionalism.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to prioritize in a dynamic setting.
• Familiarity with cloud and frontier model environments is preferred.
• Estimated travel requirement of 25–50%.
