Director, Partner Content Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead and enhance Risepoint’s partner content strategy initiatives.

• Manage a team of approximately 10 individuals within the Partner Content and Brand teams.

• Establish the connection between partner content strategy and areas such as SEO, Paid Media, Lifecycle, Digital Experience, and Field Marketing.

• Incorporate SEO, AEO/GEO, and AI search methodologies into partner content strategies, briefs, and templates.

• Collaborate with SEO leadership to co-manage AI search priorities, testing, and prospective partner content strategies.

• Determine quarterly partner content objectives based on partner requirements, search analytics, funnel performance, and the marketing strategy.

• Oversee the strategic diversity of partner content, which includes program and degree content, articles, brand storytelling, guides, FAQs, and other formats.

• Refine processes for content intake, briefing systems, editorial calendars, prioritization frameworks, and content operational models.

• Maintain governance for partner content updates, archiving, and quality assurance standards.

• Lead, nurture, and develop the Partner Content and Brand teams, including two direct reports who manage people.

• Drive the adoption of AI-powered partner content tools.

• Enhance recurring forums, planning cycles, cross-team evaluations, and shared roadmaps.

• Collaborate with Analytics to establish and execute measurement frameworks for search visibility, AI citation/visibility, and enrollment funnel effectiveness.


⛳️ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in content strategy, SEO/AEO-driven content leadership, or digital marketing.

• 4+ years of experience managing people managers and cross-functional content teams.

• Proven experience in a large, multi-stakeholder or multi-brand organization.

• Expert knowledge in SEO/AEO/GEO and experience utilizing AI content production tools.

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

• Experience in establishing or scaling a content operations function from the ground up is preferred.

• Background in higher education, EdTech, or multi-brand marketing is preferred.

• Familiarity with CMP, DAM, or AI content tools at scale is preferred.
