This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage relationships with senior stakeholders and the growth strategy; transform business objectives into a comprehensive Social plan while ensuring alignment on various options and trade-offs.
β’ Oversee onboarding, transitions, and escalations with clarity and efficiency; identify opportunities for renewal, expansion, and cross-selling while supporting new business narratives.
β’ Facilitate responsible utilization of platform automation and features across teams (e.g., Meta Advantage+/value optimization/CAPI, TikTok Smart Performance, Pinterest Performance+); pilot, evaluate, and scale initiatives.
β’ Establish straightforward and robust measurement practices: prioritize growth-focused innovations with defined success thresholds and reporting cadence (lift/holdout when feasible; otherwise reliable A/B testing).
β’ Create connections across channels for clients: articulate how Social integrates with Search, Commerce/Retail Media, CRM, TV/Audio, and Creative; suggest unified plans and a clear measurement strategy to demonstrate combined impact.
β’ Build and lead a high-performing team: set clear KPIs, conduct weekly one-on-ones, provide timely feedback, foster skill development, and maintain a succession pipeline; ensure effective hiring and onboarding processes.
β’ Over 10 years of experience in Paid Social with a proven track record of success at scale across various platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit; LinkedIn/X as applicable).
β’ At least 3 years of experience managing managers and senior individual contributors preferred; expertise in hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
β’ Proficient in cross-channel literacy and communication: capable of linking Social with Search, Commerce/Retail Media, TV Advertising, and Creative through clear and compelling narratives.
β’ Knowledgeable in product and measurement: familiar with Meta Advantage+/value, TikTok Smart Performance, Pinterest Performance+; adept with GA4 and platform analytics; able to implement growth-focused innovations with clear criteria and insights; translate Bliss Point findings into actionable plans.
β’ Strong financial acumen related to channels: collaborate with Pod Leader and Finance on margin, utilization, and capacity for your team.
β’ Possess executive presence: skilled in clear, concise storytelling; effective in setting expectations; confident when engaging with senior clients and internal leaders.
