• Establish and implement the long-term vision for the Paid Social division, ensuring it aligns with the agency's objectives and client goals.
• Discover opportunities to enhance operations, processes, and client services to facilitate scalable growth.
• Collaborate with leaders from other departments on cross-functional projects to amplify client and agency outcomes.
• Lead and mentor a team, providing guidance on strategy, leadership, and performance management.
• Develop frameworks for leadership development, talent advancement, and succession planning.
• Oversee strategies for talent acquisition and retention to attract and keep top talent.
• Ensure clients achieve transformative outcomes through strategic direction and proactive problem-solving.
• Work closely with internal teams to tackle client challenges and deliver integrated solutions.
• Spearhead initiatives to enhance measurement, reporting, and performance optimization.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging platforms to uphold excellence in Paid Social. Promote alignment, transparency, and knowledge sharing across departments.
• Over 8 years of experience in Paid Social, demonstrating a strong record in team leadership and scaling digital marketing operations.
• Minimum of 3 years of management experience.
• Preferred expertise in managing campaigns for DTC e-commerce brands.
• Proven ability to foster cross-functional collaboration and influence initiatives across the agency.
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking skills, and strategic foresight.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of inspiring teams and presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
