This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with the VP of Organizational Development to create and refine methodologies, frameworks, tools, and practices that facilitate scalable and consistent delivery.
• Work alongside HR Business Partners and business leaders to evaluate organizational effectiveness, pinpoint opportunities, and spearhead organizational design initiatives that align structures and capabilities with business goals.
• Assist in developing governance models, decision-making frameworks, and operational practices that enhance clarity and effectiveness.
• Convert business challenges, organizational insights, and capability gaps into actionable recommendations, business cases, and implementation plans that support well-informed decision-making.
• Design and lead leadership alignment sessions, team effectiveness initiatives, and organizational diagnostics to foster collaboration and successful adoption of changes.
• Collaborate with leaders and HR teams to address the people-related aspects of organizational change, including team transitions, role clarity, and restructuring efforts.
• Assess the effectiveness of organizational development initiatives and continuously enhance programs through feedback, data, and ongoing evaluations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in organizational development, organizational design, change management, team effectiveness, or related fields.
• Experience in supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record in building, enhancing, or implementing organizational development and change management practices, including frameworks, governance strategies, and operational models.
• Strong understanding of organizational development and change management methodologies, with the ability to apply them effectively in matrixed settings.
• Experience in influencing stakeholders and advising leaders at various organizational levels.
• Excellent facilitation skills with experience supporting leadership teams, group dynamics, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects from assessment to implementation, preferably within global organizations.
• Experience in integrating change management efforts with learning and development, communications, talent, and HR teams.
• Appreciation for working across diverse cultures, perspectives, and global teams.
• Experience in retail, consumer goods, or consulting is advantageous.
• Familiarity with assessment and team effectiveness tools such as Hogan, MBTI, DiSC, or similar frameworks.
• Interest in leveraging automation, AI, and emerging technologies to improve organizational development, change management, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven decision-making.
