Director – Ops

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Accountable for supporting a platform of practices and overseeing field employees along with the supported practices.

• Deliver exceptional leadership for a geographically distributed team, recruit essential hires, and implement training as well as cross-training to enhance service offerings.

• Tasked with cultivating a high standard of excellence among the administrative and operations personnel of supported practices.

• Promote a robust culture and environment that empowers all team members to succeed. Encourage accountability, teamwork, and mutual respect through mentoring and coaching initiatives.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure that patients of supported practices have highly satisfactory experiences.

• Monitor regional KPIs and devise action plans when necessary; accountable for the regional P&L outputs.

• Manage regional revenue cycle operations.

• Organize monthly meetings and ongoing training for staff members.

• Identify and troubleshoot potential issues to uncover root causes.

• Work in partnership with LifeStance leadership to contribute to enhancements in processes, tools, or resources aimed at improving the customer and patient experience.

• Additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Over 7 years of operational management experience within a healthcare environment.

• Familiarity and experience with clinical operations.

• Proficient in clinical information systems such as EMR, MAR, PACS, Registration, OE, CPOE, etc.

• Capacity to adapt to new technology while achieving proficiency in various EMR/EHRs; ability to master new technologies.

• Exceptional client engagement skills.

• Demonstrated ability to enhance business processes, methods, quality, and decision-making to achieve significant, measurable improvements.

• Exhibits awareness, inclusivity, sensitivity, humility, and experience in working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, sexual orientations, gender identities, and other aspects of culture.
