This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Evaluate comprehensive learning delivery processes to uncover opportunities for standardizing workflows, prioritizing tasks, and enhancing efficiency.
• Create process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and enablement toolkits for the development, approval, and deployment of content.
• Enhance the usability, accessibility, and performance of learning experiences provided through LMS and associated systems.
• Transform intricate processes into learner-friendly assets and workflows that align with organizational objectives.
• Design, execute, and manage governance policies for learning content and systems.
• Establish processes for intake and prioritization of learning-related requests.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, and Program teams to ensure processes and systems operate efficiently.
• Monitor and report on the creation of training materials, engagement levels, and user feedback.
• Manage cross-functional learning enablement projects from initial intake to post-launch evaluation.
• Develop and sustain project plans, timelines, and strategies for risk mitigation.
• Facilitate stakeholder forums and working groups to promote transparency, accountability, and shared ownership.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning operations, process management, program enablement, or project management within a matrixed organization.
• Proven success in establishing scalable governance frameworks and optimizing learning or knowledge systems.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, with a preference for LearnUpon.
• Capacity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and convert business processes into actionable workflows and enablement strategies.
• Proficient in Confluence, JIRA, Articulate 360, and project management tools such as Asana, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
• Understanding of content authoring tools that incorporate AI integrations and review processes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with stakeholder facilitation and change management abilities.
• Strategic thinker capable of balancing high-level planning with detailed execution.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence others towards action.
• Willingness to travel 4–6 times a year to College Board offices or for College Board business purposes.
