Director, Operations Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Complies with Integer’s core values along with all safety, environmental, security, and quality standards.

• Responsible for conducting daily, weekly, and monthly analyses of consolidated site outcomes/forecasts and effectively communicating these results to site and category leadership.

• Leverages strong business acumen to collaborate as a cross-functional business partner, providing support and analysis for the development of the strategic plan, long-range plan, budget, and rolling forecast.

• Oversees the analysis of the site's annual budget and forecasting processes at the product category level.

• Offers insights and recommendations regarding site performance to facilitate continuous improvement and profitability growth.

• Aids in the analysis and synthesis of site decisions, which include site transfers and expansions.

• Effectively communicates with the President, category leadership team, and the Senior Director of Operations Finance regarding current business trends, risks, and opportunities affecting the sites in both the short and long term.

• Assists in the development and execution of site plans, leading indicators, Key Performance Indicators, and trending metrics.

• Works efficiently across functional and reporting lines to fulfill responsibilities.

• Analyzes and supports the financial aspects of site projects, including quality improvement initiatives, cost reduction strategies, and evaluation of new business/product opportunities.

• Manages direct reports, overseeing performance, development, and training processes to ensure a highly skilled and engaged workforce.

• Responsible for processing and communicating annual performance evaluations, as well as planning bonuses and merit increases for direct reports.

• Drives process improvements (RPA, BPE, additional reporting) and standardizes templates and processes across sites.

• Performs ad hoc requests and other functions as needed for site support and synthesis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance.

• An MBA or advanced degree is a plus, but not mandatory.

• 7-10 years of relevant experience is required.

• Experience working within a manufacturing company with multi-facility responsibility is essential.

• Experience in a lean manufacturing environment utilizing Lean Accounting is advantageous.

• Ability to identify trends and patterns in the business, strategically assess the sites, and recommend solutions.

• Proficient in analytical thinking, modeling, and forecasting.

• Experienced in detailed analysis, including comparisons to budget, forecasts, and prior year performance.

• Strong knowledge and skills in ERP applications; experience with Oracle & Hyperion is preferred.

• Familiarity with GAAP accounting principles.

• Database knowledge along with strong communication and presentation skills, regularly presenting to management.
