Director, Operations – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Responsible for leading Operations & People initiatives to support our partners in both established markets and new market expansions.

• Establish the regional Operations Strategy and develop the essential processes, systems, and routines.

• Propel outstanding Operations metrics, including OSAT, Speed, Accuracy, Consistency, and QSC audit scores.

• Foster and advocate for a 'People First' culture throughout the region.

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to create and execute plans aimed at increasing market share, revenues, and profitability.

• Build, mentor, and motivate the regional operations team.

• Address a diverse array of regional challenges with our Brand Partners by identifying root causes and crafting innovative solutions.

• Ensure highly impactful and successful openings in new markets within the region.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in restaurant or multi-unit operations, with considerable international experience.

• Proven experience within a franchise system.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and nurture high-performing teams.

• Strong strategic thinker with the capability to convert vision into actionable results.

• Established experience in leading remote teams.

• Comprehensive understanding of QSR/restaurant operations, controls, and financial drivers.

• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 30% of the time.
