This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +2 more states.
• Oversee organizational operational functions across cloud, software, and on-premise compliance portfolios.
• Facilitate strategic country engagement to align global regulations with compliance operations and Cisco’s cybersecurity objectives.
• Direct compliance efforts related to the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
• Address customer trust implications arising from industry changes such as frontier AI models in Project Glasswing.
• Coordinate team operations with Cisco’s Product Organization to enhance alignment and prioritization.
• Focus on Sales and customer needs to promote revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and management of multi-vendor relationships.
• Propel AI-driven compliance initiatives through automation.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in technology, cybersecurity, or complex operational settings.
• Extensive knowledge in cybersecurity.
• Background in technical or engineering roles within intricate product architectures.
• Proven experience in conducting comprehensive operations reviews across cross-functional product and sales teams.
• History of managing complex budgeting, financial forecasting, and multi-vendor relationships.
• Ability to effectively engage senior executives at the VP level and above.
• Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
• Capacity to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in setting, tracking, and reporting clear objectives and success metrics.
• Strong skills in data-driven decision-making, process automation, and implementing AI solutions.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is beneficial, though not mandatory.
• Technical certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, and CCNP are advantageous, but not required.
