This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Develop and Enhance Employer Partnerships
• Identify, prioritize, and cultivate relationships with healthcare employers throughout Utah, starting with current clinical partner organizations.
• Conduct assessments of workforce needs with healthcare executives, HR leaders, CNOs, and workforce development teams to comprehend staffing challenges, retention objectives, and educational pathway possibilities.
• Establish and oversee a segmented employer pipeline of over 20 target organizations utilizing CRM tools and systematic reporting practices.
• Create, negotiate, and implement employer partnership agreements, which include: Tuition discount partnerships, Employer-sponsored cohorts, Direct-bill arrangements, MSN leadership pathways.
• Spearhead partnership activation initiatives, encompassing employee communications, HR portal coordination, and alignment with internal stakeholders to ensure a successful launch and engagement.
• Propel Enrollment and Workforce Impact
• Achieve measurable enrollment growth through pipelines sponsored by employers.
• Collaborate closely with Admissions to establish seamless referral and handoff processes for applicants sponsored by employers.
• Monitor enrollment conversion metrics and partnership performance, offering regular reports and insights to leadership.
• Act as a prominent ambassador for Joyce University within Utah's healthcare workforce networks, associations, and industry events.
• Lead with Strategic and Operational Excellence
• Provide executive-level reports on pipeline activity, signed agreements, enrollment results, and revenue impact.
• Work cross-functionally to align employer commitments with institutional capabilities and student success outcomes.
• Develop scalable systems, processes, templates, and partnership playbooks that facilitate long-term growth and operational excellence.
• Contribute to expansion strategies and emerging workforce partnership opportunities within the healthcare sector.
• Demonstrated success in establishing executive-level partnerships, business development pipelines, or workforce solutions initiatives.
• Experience with healthcare organizations, healthcare education, workforce development, or related sectors is strongly preferred.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Operational discipline with expertise in utilizing CRM systems, managing pipelines, and making data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the capacity to influence senior stakeholders.
• A builder mindset with the capability to create structure, scale processes, and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced education preferred.
• A commitment to continuous learning, innovation, and a relationship-centered leadership approach.
• Willingness to travel throughout Utah approximately 30% of the time.
