This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the strategy, expansion, and daily success of Broadvoice's engagements with TSDs.
• Cultivate robust relationships with executive teams, channel partners, sales, engineering, and marketing departments within the TSD.
• Recognize high-potential sub-agents and partner managers and formulate activation strategies that ensure a steady flow of deals.
• Develop scalable enablement initiatives that simplify the positioning of Broadvoice for TSDs and sub-agents.
• Promote partner-driven deal creation and enhance forecasting precision.
• Work in tandem with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to facilitate TSD deal processes.
• Over 5 years of experience in channel sales, TSD partnerships, alliances, or business development in the SaaS, Cloud, and CaaS sectors.
• In-depth knowledge of the TSD ecosystem, covering sales, engineering teams, supplier programs, and sub-agent dynamics.
• Demonstrated success in empowering TSD communities and generating revenue through indirect channels.
• Strong executive presence with the capability to influence stakeholders at all levels, from TSD CEOs to sub-agents.
• Highly strategic mindset with the capacity to execute promptly in a rapidly growing environment.
• Expert-level comprehension of UCaaS, CCaaS, and cloud communication technologies.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% for TSD events, training sessions, field visits, and partner interactions.
