Director of Technical Accounting – SEC Reporting

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the technical accounting operations of the organization

• Prepare and evaluate SEC filings

• Facilitate readiness for the IPO process

• Directly engage with external auditors

• Establish and uphold accounting policies and procedures

⛳️ Requirements

• CPA certification is a must, with a solid foundational background

• A minimum of 8 years of comprehensive accounting experience

• Experience in SEC reporting within a publicly traded company

• IPO experience is preferred

• In-depth knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across various functions

• Familiarity with tools such as Workiva, NetSuite, and FloQast is advantageous
