This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Guide and assist Talent Managers and Senior Talent Managers by enhancing their performance through coaching, mentorship, and knowledge sharing.
β’ Cultivate a collaborative, high-achieving team culture while serving as a reliable resource for the wider talent management team.
β’ Collaborate with the VP of Talent Management to execute team initiatives, implement best practices, and drive operational enhancements.
β’ Oversee a strategic portfolio of prominent digital creators and influencers.
β’ Negotiate intricate brand partnerships, long-term collaborations, licensing opportunities, and other revenue-generating projects.
β’ Formulate long-term growth strategies aimed at maximizing creator revenue and career prospects.
β’ Establish and reinforce relationships with brands, agencies, platforms, and industry stakeholders.
β’ Seek opportunities to expand your roster and broaden Pearpop's creator network.
β’ Collaborate with creators to develop new intellectual property and business ventures from inception to execution.
β’ Ensure precise forecasting, CRM management, pipeline reporting, contract execution, payment tracking, and campaign oversight.
β’ Enhance internal workflows and operational processes to boost efficiency within the talent management team.
β’ Work closely with Business Development, Client Services, Operations, Product, Finance, Legal, and Leadership to provide exceptional experiences for creators.
β’ Share market insights and contribute to strategic initiatives that strengthen the business of Pearpop Talent.
β’ Stay informed on trends within the creator economy, social platforms, emerging technologies, and brand marketing to keep Pearpop at the leading edge of creator representation.
β’ Serve as a key representative of Pearpop Talent through thought leadership, cultural moments, and participation in industry events.
β’ Over 6 years of experience in talent management, creator representation, influencer marketing, or a related field.
β’ Demonstrated success in managing a creator roster that generates over $200,000 in monthly GMV.
β’ Experience in mentoring, coaching, or leading high-performing talent management teams.
β’ Extensive experience in managing six- and seven-figure creator businesses and negotiating high-value brand collaborations.
β’ Proven ability to sign and retain top-tier creators.
β’ Capacity to balance daily execution with long-term strategies for creator growth and business development.
β’ Exceptional negotiation abilities with a background in closing complex partnerships and maximizing revenue potential.
β’ Highly organized with strong experience in CRM management, forecasting, and operational discipline.
β’ In-depth knowledge of the creator economy, social platforms, influencer marketing, and digital culture.
